Did you know you can plan your own funeral service and this can be for any reason what so ever!
Some clients will do this to give their family peace of mind and others may do it because they are running out of time and want to help their loved ones as much as possible.
I will write your eulogy with you and include the things that are important to you, our meetings will stay private until you are ready to discuss them further with any family or friends. I know how important this process can be to many people who do not have much time to get things in place. It will be an honour to support you with dignity and respect.
I will deliver your service, for you on the day, in just the same way as any other service and you can be reassured that the only changes I make are the ones we have both spoken about together before the final service script is typed.
Just like any funeral service, I am available to help and support you in your preparations
I can guide you and offer support with choice of music, songs, poems, hymns and prayers and any personal messages.
If you have already chosen a funeral director, put a plan in place, or decided on a place of burial, with your permission I can speak to the staff involved to make sure your service goes to plan.
I will take a 50% deposit after we have had our meeting and before I write the script for the ceremony. Final payment will be organised between us both.

What to expect
Planning your own funeral service can be very daunting and we will work through the process in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Just like any funeral service, I am available to help and support you in your preparations. Offering advice and guiding you with empathy, loyalty and kindness.
It is my intention to carry out your wishes, if they sit comfortably with both of us and remain legal in intention. There are so many people who do not get this support and it is my intention to help where I can.
Our meetings will remain private until you say otherwise.
This process is very important to so many people and it can be heart breaking for family and friends which is why talking to a celebrant should make you feel confidant to speak about the things that you want to include in your funeral and have the support to carry out your wishes.
I can guarantee that I will offer you my loyalty, support and services in order to assist you with your final wishes.

Your wishes without the fuss.
I have always wanted to offer this service to my clients because I know how important my parents wishes were before they both passed away.
My mum was adamant that she didn't want any fuss and I knew it was important to keep that in focus when I was ordering flowers and arranging her funeral service. Mum always said "Put me in a cardboard box" and I want to be cremated and left at ....
My mother always knew her own mind and these wishes were very, very important to her. Mum would often talk about what she wanted to happen after her death and I eventually became used to listening. I consider myself to be very lucky indeed and grateful for the loving support.

Planning Package
We will both chat to see if we get on over the telephone or face time.
After we meet up and get chance to talk about your service, I shall prepare your funeral service for you and you will have time to read it through and make any necessary changes.
The final typed script will be kept in accordance with your instructions, then you pass on the contact details for a member of your family, friend or executive, so that I can take the service after your death.
Before I write the service, I shall ask for a 50% deposit and we will both sign a contract agreement.
After the service has taken place and in accordance with your wishes, I will then require the rest of the payment within 14 days.
