Celebrating All Kinds of Dads This Father’s Day – With a Special Thank You
Father’s Day is a time to celebrate the men who’ve shaped our lives in all the best ways, whether they’re Dads, Step-Dads, Grandads, Father-in-Laws, or the special ‘Borrowed Dads’ we’ve leaned on through life.
They come in all shapes, roles and stories! Including new and old! Whatever the style and model! We love every one of them! ❤️
When I think of my own Dad, it’s the little moments that make me smile most!
Like when he came home from work, washed, then went straight into play mode; A “mad half hour” of wild games on the floor, before tea!
Or those days mum and I would pick him up from work, trying to spot him in a sea of people. I would shout, “Found him” by looking for his shiny bald head!
Dad also patiently taught me about cars, showing me how to check tyres, oil and water. These memories are part of me, and a big reason why I love what I do!
This June, I’d love to give something back to all the wonderful dads in our lives.
